I would like to talk about “Alice in Wonderland”. I knew the story before I read the book. This story is very famous in all over the world, so I have read the story before. This is a fantasy and fiction story. I like a fantasy story, so it is very interesting for me. Do you like a fantasy story? I recommend you to read the book!

I like this story very much, and this book's illustrations are interesting for me. I really enjoyed to read the book. Especially I like a picture of characters in the book. All characters are very cute and funny. It is simple, but it is interesting for me. I was attracted to the story very much, so I really enjoyed to read the book.

I will introduce a story of this book. Alice is main character in this book. She was getting tired of sitting with her sister. In that time, she saw a white rabbit that running somewhere. Alice chased after a white rabbit, and then she fall down a deep well. There is so interesting for her, so Alice excited very much. There has many beautiful and interesting things. There is a wonderland for her.

Alice is powerful girl, and she has always great curiosity. I think it is important for people. I can't try to new one, and almost people can do them. However Alice can try to new something in this book. She can do them easily, and she can decide what to do every time. I really respect her, and I really like her.

I recommend you to read this book. This book is not easy, because this book has a lot of pages and long sentences. If you don't have your vocabulary, you can't read the book very well. I can't read the book very well, but this book is so interesting. I was tired after read the book, however I was excited very much. Please try to read this book :-*

My favorite TV or Movie Stars

I would like to talk about my favorite TV or Movie stars! At first, my favorite movie star is “Johnny Depp”. He is so smart and cool, I love him very much. He is an actor of movie. When I watched him for the first time, it is “Pirates of the Caribbean series”. I watched it on a TV at first, I enjoyed to watch it. His role is a pirate Captain, the name is Jack Sparrow.

He is an unreliable person, but he is so smart and cool. He does not hang on to other people, he can hang on myself. I thought he is not good person, but he is strong in this movie. So I thought he is very cool, and then I took a fancy to him at first sight. So I want to watch more movie that he makes. I am looking forward to watch it.


Second, my favorite star is Arashi. Arashi is name of musician group. The group has five members. They are Jun Matsumoto, Kazunari Ninomiya, Sho Sakurai, Satoshi Ono and Masaki Aiba. They are so cool and interesting. I can see them many times on TV every day.

Especially I like Jun Matsumoto, he is so cool. I love him very much. I like his all works, but I especially like “Hana Dan”. It is a nickname of Hanayori Dango. It was shown on TV and Movie before, but it is famous until now. I want to see his works more.

I hope that they will play an active role in TV or Movie in the future.

My favorite music

I would like to talk about my favorite music. My favorite music is kinds of J-POP and Rock music. I like them very much. I often listen to music, so I spent a time with a lot of songs.

First of all, I like J-POP music very much. There are many songs of J-POP in Japan. Recently I like “AKB48” and “ARASHI” so much. Both AKB48 and ARASHI is group of musician in Japan, and they are famous too. AKB48 is girl's group, and ARASHI is boy's group. I like these group, and I often listen to the songs of these group. Especially I like “Flying Get (フライングゲット)” and “Love so sweet”. I like the songs, so I listen to the songs every day.

Also I like Rock music, it makes me positive and happy. It is very interesting for me, so I like Rock music. I often listen to Japanese Rock music. Especially I like “UVERworld” and “B'z” very much. I usually listen to the songs, and then it makes me happy. And it gives me power, so I can be positive and powerful. Especially I like listening to “Q&A” and “Violent shock(激動)”, I like these songs very much.

I would like to talk about my favorite event today. My favorite event is Christmas. Do you like Christmas day? I like Christmas very much. I am looking forward to Christmas day every year. I am Japanese, but I celebrate the Christmas day. Many Japanese people almost celebrate the day, it is interesting for me.

We like the day very much, we are looking forward to the day every year. In the Christmas day, we usually celebrate with precious persons. We celebrated to the Christmas day by many ways and many places. In the day, there is special atmosphere all over the Japan. I like the atmosphere of Christmas day, so I want to go out somewhere in the day. Especially I like a place that illumination is beautiful. There is “Saisyunkan” in Kumamoto, this spot has wonderful illuminations every year. I want to visit there someday! Let's go out there :-P

Also I like special foods of Christmas day. I was happy to eat special foods. In the day, there are many special foods at home. They are different to each family surely. Christmas cake and baked chicken is popular in Japan. My family usually eat this menu in the Christmas day. How about your family?

The Peach Boy

I would like to talk about “The Peach Boy”. The Peach Boy is an ancient Japanese legend, known as ‘Momotaro’ (which means ‘Peach Boy’). Almost Japanese people know this story, and maybe almost people like this story. The Peach Boy is Japanese hero, so almost children yearn for him. I like this story too. Also peaches are a symbol of good luck for couples who are trying to have a baby in Japan.

I will introduce this story a little. Once upon a time, an old woman and an old man lived by a river. Every Monday, the old woman went to the river to wash their clothes. One morning, she saw something floating on the water. It was the biggest peach she had ever seen, she was surprised very much. And then, she fished out the peach and rolled it home. Old man was surprised too.

They want to eat the peach right away, because the peach looks very juicy and very delicious. They try to cut the peach to eat it. Suddenly the peach split in two, and there was a little boy inside the peach. Old woman and old man didn't have a baby, so they decided to bring up the little boy, and they call him “Peach Boy”. He grew up quickly, and he is stronger than other children.

One day, peach boy came to a nearby village. People who live in the village were very upset. Peach boy is very kind, so he can't let the thing what people were in trouble. The peach boy asked what happened in the village to people of the village, then people cried that Giant ogres came and took all our jewels. It is not kind thing, the peach boy thought. The peach boy try to fight to Giant ogres. What happens to the peach boy?

I thought this book is interesting, but illustration is not good for me. All pictures is not vividly, so I can't enjoy to read the book enough. I want to draw pictures more vividly. However story is interesting. I don't remember a story of Japanese version, but it is similar to Japanese version's story. There's a little different scene in the peach boy, so I recommend you to read the book which finding a difference.

This book is Usborne First Reading series, and this book is level 4. It is easy to read, so you can read the book quickly. This book is easy, because sentences are very short and easy, and sentences are few in the book. I recommend you to read this book. Please read this book!

I rented this book, because I like Arabian story. I thought that this story is similar to “Aladdin”, so I rented this book. However this book is totally different to story of Arabian Nights. I was disappointed by the thing, and this book is not interest. I can't understand a content of this book. It is easy book, but you won't enjoy to read.

This story is about a fisherman, a cat, a bottle, and a big bad genie. The fisherman always do fishing with a cat, but he can't get delicious fishes. He can get something what he don't need every time, for example, slimy seaweed, shiny shells, smelly fishes. They are not good, so he threw them.

However he caught something else one day. It is a bottle, and a big bad genie in the bottle. He met a big bad genie, and then the genie try to eat a fisherman. The genie have stayed in the bottle for long long time, so he was so hungry. A fisherman and cat are perplexed very much, and a fisherman think about what I do for genie back into a bottle. How they doing?

I thought this book is easy, so I recommend this book. However this book's content is difficult to understand. I can't understand a content of this book. Please try to read carefully more and more. This book comes from very old collection of stories known as “The Arabian Nights”. People say the stories were invented to entertain the King of Persia, by his clever and beautiful wife.

This book is Usborne first reading series, so it is easy to read. This book has about 30 pages, so maybe you can read it quickly. And almost sentences are easy, you will not have unknown words in this book. This book written by Rosie Dickins, and illustrated by Sara Rojo. Please try to read the book once.

Learning with computers is difficult for most of all university students, but it is important for them. A computer has many convenient functions, so they use a computer almost every day in various scenes. Using a computer is very convenient, but it has a lot of problems and bad points. In this essay, you can get a lot of information about using a computer.

First, most of all university students use a computer through their campus life. Now using a computer is basic ability for almost university students. It is not easy, but they must use a computer almost every day. Academic work is one of what students must do every day, and it needs to use computers. When they make a report of class work and they submit it, they will use computers, because they can do those things quickly and correctly. So using computers is important for student. 

Students often use computers in various scenes. When students study something, they don't know foreign words. Students who can't use computers will use dictionary (paper or electronic) probably, but it is not convenient for them. If they use an automatic translation function of computers when they study something, they will know unknown words faster than portable dictionaries. And they can know unknown words during make their homework. Maybe it is very efficient for them.

In university, there are many computers for students. So students can use a computer quickly and easily. It is a good thing, because it increases opportunity that they can touch to computers. Also university students have to get a lot of information for studies or future. It is difficult without using computers when they find information alone, so most of all students will use a computer. It is very important and essential for them.

Second, computers have a lot of functions, and most of all functions are very useful. Also almost functions are necessary to them when they work at office in a future. The functions are office tools, for example, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email. It is useful function, but you will need knowledge of those functions. In a university, students can study the knowledge of those functions through use computers actually. It will gives them good experiences for their future.

Third, using computers have many good points. Most of all people can find some good points easily. Maybe using computers is convenient for people. When they find unknown something, they can get it quickly by using computers. They try to find unknown something without computers, it will be difficult for almost people. And it will need a lot of times. In a world, there is a lot of information. So people have to choose information what is necessary.

And using computers have many good tools. Google, it is very famous tool of computers. It is very efficient for people. People can know something quickly. And Google has many convenient tools. Google Drive is one of them, and it is very useful for people. People can many files on the Google Drive. Also many people can share a file, so all people can edit the file. It is convenient for people. People can make something with other people without what they meet somewhere. So people don't worry about time or place, it is very important.

In addition, Gmail and SNS is good things for almost people. Now almost people often use the tools by smart phone or computers. These tools are very useful. People can communicate with other people quickly. It is very convenient thing. Gmail is efficient tool, and it is easy to use for people. You have to learn how to use of Gmail a little, maybe it is possible. And SNS is possible too. You can use the tools, and then you will have a good time.

Forth, computers have a lot of bad points for people. Now almost people can use computers, and there are many computers or electronic machines in this world. Maybe almost people rely on using electronic machines, and it is dangerous for people. For example, using computers has bad influence for people. People use computers for a long time, it is very dangerous for people, because computer has harmful light for people. So people should use computers very carefully.

I would like to talk about my favorite season. My favorite season is winter and fall, especially I like winter. I like a cold season more than hot season. Also I like winter because I was born in December, so I like winter very much. Winter has come, and then I am happy very much.

Good place “UTAGE”

There's a good bar near my house. This name is “UTAGE”. This letter is a Japanese style “kanji” , and it means like a party in foreign countries. Japanese people can understand meaning of it easily, but foreign people can't understand meaning easily.

This place is near my house, so my often go out there, so we went to there recently. This place is a good place. There's not big place, but it is comfortable for me. We can relax at there very much. Also there are a lot of delicious foods in this bar. All menu is reasonable price, and tast is OK! Few dishes are not good, but most of all dishes is good! So it is OK, I recommend you to eat the bar's menu.

I recommend you this dish! It is a fried food of octopus. I ate the dish for the first time. I don't like an octopus very well, but I can eat the dish. It is so delicious for me. I recommend the menu, and please try to eat :-P

Especially I often watch “Countdown TV” and “Music Station”. They are interesting and funny. When I watch the TV programs, I sometimes humming a song while listen to a song. I like music TV program very much.

Third, I like to watch a drama on TV. TV drama continues many times, so I sometimes miss to watch it. However I like TV drama very much. Now I like a saga drama of Japan, it is “Yae no sakura”( a multi-petaled cherry blossom). It is interesting and amazing. I am looking forward to climax of this drama. I like a TV program ♡

I read this book, it is a little difficult for me. It has many difficult meaning of words in this book. It was difficult for me, and I needed a time more than books that I have read. I read this book for three times, and then I can understand contents of the book finally. This book is not easy, but it has many good points, I think.

This book is a great book. Maybe it is a fiction story, but it has many important things.  This story is about one family. The family is a common family, but a big event happens for the family suddenly. One boy told the story, he is main character in this book. And there are his mother, his father, and neighbors. They appear to this book. I think that you can enjoy to read this book from various views, please try it.

I can enjoy to read this book very much. At first, I think the book's content is light thing. However it is not true, and this book has a lot of important things. I can understand that life is important, and family has strong bond. I want to make a family such as the family that appear in this book. This book is a little difficult, but you should read this book. I recommend this book to you. Please try to read this book!

Essay 2-03a: Learning with computers

Learning with computer is difficult, but it is important to me. I used a computer for the first time when I was a junior high school student. And then I continued to use a computer since I entered to KGU. Before I entered the university, I don't know about computer very well. I can't use some convenience functions. Now they are convenient and important for me, but they are difficult for me. I have learned with them since I entered to the university. In a university, I have used a computer in various scenes until now.

First, I will talk about Academic work. I have many homework almost every day, and most of all homework needs using a computer. So I have used a computer almost every day. In a university, using a computer is fundamentals. In most of all classes, I must use a computer when I studied something. In a writing class, we used a computer every week. I can't understand about many functions for the first time, but a teacher and assistants taught me about them carefully. So I can understand more than before.

I have many homework of some English classes every day. For example, English Central, Power Words, Typing speed homework, and Blog. I think the Blog is useful function for me, and it is the most convenient function for me. In a writing class, I used my blog many times. I have not use this function before, so I used the function for the first time. This is very convenient for me, now I use my blog almost every day. I always write a blog when I have a free time. It is interesting for me. It can share a blog post to my smartphone, so I can use my blog by my smartphone. It is useful very much, and I can do a homework at university or my home.

Also I have other Academic homework, for example, report. It is important for university student. Of course, I must make some reports. It needs a lot of information. Finding a lot of information is so difficult without a computer. So finding a information is important for students. I can't find an information very well before. I don't know how to find an information. Now I can find an information easily. However it is difficult for me until now, I want to learn about them more and more.

Second, a computer has many convenient functions, for example, Excel, Powerpoint, Word. They are office tools. I have not use them when I entered a university. However office tools are fundamentals for university students. When I make a report, I use a Word or Excel. And I use a Powerpoint when I make a presentation of class. When I was a freshman, I learned about computer. In the class, I can understand about computer little by little. Now I can use almost functions, so I can make a homework smoothly.

Third, a computer has many advantages. You can find some advantages easily, I can find good point of computer easily too. For example, easy to find an information. You use search function when you find an information about something, then you can get a lot of information easily. You use such information when you make a report, it is useful for students. And now some files can share by some mediums. I often use the sharing function when I do a homework, it is convenient for me.

Forth, a computer has some disadvantages. There are many function in a computer, but using a computer has some risks. There's many affair over computer and smartphone. We use a computer safety, but there's horrible people in a world. And we must not abuse a computer. And computer caused bad influence for our body. We must not use a computer for long time. When we use a computer, we must use it more carefully.

Finally, learning with computer is very important for me. There are many advantages in using a computer, so I can do something easily. However there are many disadvantages in using a computer, it is horrible things. We must study about computer more and more, and we must get detailed knowledge. It will protect us from many horrible things. Using a computer is very useful and convenient for us, but we must use a computer more carefully.

I have learned many things with a computer. I have my computer, so I can do a homework at my home. Most of all homework needed to use a computer. For example, it is a typing by a computer. I was not good at typing a computer before, but now I can type more than before. I have done a lot of homework until now. It is a hard work for me, so I don't like them. However it gives me a good typing skill.
Also I have learned about vocabulary of English. It is the most difficult thing for me. I can't remember a vocabulary before, so I didn't do a vocabulary test very well. A vocabulary is difficult for me, it is difficult for me until now. However I can remember a vocabulary of English little by little. It is difficult until now, but I usually do “Power words”, it is the most important thing for me. I have done this system for a homework of English class before, but it has many attracting for me. I can meet new word that I never meet until now. It is important, I think. I want to get good skills about a computer.

I want to read a Japanese version book, I will try it someday!

I will introduce about the book. This book is easy to read for me, so I can understand easily too. A contents is easy to understand, but it isn't boring. So this book has a lot of fun, I think. And this book is interesting and funny. There are many characters in this book. All characters are so unique, I think. It is interesting for me, and maybe it is interesting for you.

There are a lot of unique character in this book. Especially the King is so interesting, I think. The King isn't kind person, so he is not kind for people who being around the King. I think he is not kind so much, I don't like him. However he has a big secret, it is a Donkey ear. He can't tell the secret for people, so he must keep secret from people. What happened to the King?

When I read this book, I think that making a secret is bad thing. It makes people unhappy surely, I think. I made a secret before. It is not good for me and the people who around me. So I don't want to make a secret in a future. I can understand the important things after read this book.

Finally, this book is Usborne first reading series, so it is easy to read. It has about 30 pages, so you can read this book easily. The contents is easy too, so you can understand easily. This book retold by Lesley Sims, and illustrated by Mike and Carl Gordon. The illustration is very cute, and the story is great too. I recommend you to read this book. Please try to read this book!

Today I will talk a book review, the book is “ The Leopard and the Sky God”. Have you read this book? I read this book for the first time. When I looked this book at first, I really think that this book is beautiful. This book's cover is so beautiful and colorful, I thought. So I think to borrow this book.

First, I will introduce characters of this book. There are a lot of character in this book. For example, the Sky God, the leopard, his drum, the python, the elephant, and the tortoise. They are so unique and funny, so the story is very unique and interesting for me. It makes me happy and enjoy.

The Leopard and the Sky God is a very old story from the Asante Kingdom in West Africa (now in the country of Ghana). I don't know the story, and I was surprised that the story of Ghana. The story is very simple. However I think that it contains many wonderful meaning. Have you ever read the book? If you have not read this, I recommend to read the book at least one time.

Next, I will talk about good points of the book. This book is cute and funny! The story is unique and interesting for me. There are a lot of characters in the book. One is the leopard, the trouble is that he is not considerate of others. He is not kind for other animals and Sky God. Everyone don't like him, I think. If I am a character of the book, I will not like him too. How do you think?

This book's picture is wonderful, I think. It is beautiful and colorful, so I was enjoy to read the book. I read the book twice! wow! Story is not real, so I don't think that the book is interesting. However I can enjoy to read the book very well. The book taught me that everyone must be equality. It is important, I think. Both Sky God and animals are equality in the book. I was surprised it very much. I want to read the book again!

This book is one of Usborne first reading series, and this book is three levels. I think the book is easy to read. The sentence is short, and the contents is easy for me. You can understand! This book is retold by Mairi Mackinnon, illustrated by Ali Lodge. Both story and illustration is good and wonderful, I think. I recommend you to read the book!

My home is a good place, so this essay introduces my home. My home is an old apartment house. Maybe this apartment house was built ten years ago. This apartment’s outward appearance looks like a little old building, but each room is beautiful and comfortable. The apartment is a building with nine floors, and my home is the eight floor. It is a high place, so you can see a good view surely. Probably you can find the Kumamoto castle in the distance.

Also there are many residents in the apartment. All residents are kind and friendly. You can meet a good neighbor. People are not live alone, so neighbors are important. And there is a good person in the apartment. She is a superintendent of the apartment. She always clean the apartment, her work is great. She always makes the place that all residents were comfortable. It is a hard work, but she did the work hard every day. You can have a great time in the apartment surely.

My apartment is near downtown in Kumamoto. It takes about thirty minutes by car. My home is conveniently located. And there are many public transportation. You can take a bus, a taxi, a train. The South Kumamoto Station and a lot of bus stop are near my home. And there are a lot of stores near my home, for example, a department store, a supermarket, an amusement arcade and a family restaurant. You will find favorite shops surely when you go out somewhere. The apartment is great, and my home is great too. 

There is my home in the apartment house. The apartment has a lot of rooms. Each room is different, and a number of room is different too. My home is not a large room, but it is comfortable. There are many places in my home, for example, my room, bathroom, kitchen, toilet, dining room. In my home, there are three rooms and a dining room, a kitchen. All rooms are comfortable, so you can relax in these rooms.

First of all, my room is a Japanese-style room. It will be comfortable for Japanese people. You will relax in the room surely. And there are a lot of good things in my room, for example, my bed, my daughter's bed, TV, some closet, an air cleaner. All things will be convenient surely. However this room has many things, so this room may be a little small. They will be tired when they clean the room, but all things are important. All things got to old little by little, so please take care to use the things.

There are other good points of the room. There are many comfortable items and ornaments in my room. Especially my stuffed toys are important. They are so comfortable, and it will makes you happy surely. Many kinds of stuffed toys in my room, for example, a dog, a bear, a cat, and famous character. They are in the room every day, so the room is enjoyable place every day. You will relax in my room when you come in my room.

Next, there is the bath room in my home. The bathroom is not a large place, so you will feel that the bathroom is small. However the bathroom is comfortable, because there are good things in the bathroom, for example, shampoo and treatment, soap and body soap, and body towels. All things are good and comfortable, so you can take a enjoyable bath time.

And cleaning the bathroom is important. It is not enjoyable thing, but it is important thing. All family members were tired every day, so they don't do the work. However the bathroom is important, so they must clean the room every day. The work is hard, but you can enjoy to clean the room. It is a problem of your mind. When you will try to enjoy cleaning the bathroom, you can enjoy cleaning the room. You can feel satisfaction very well. Please try to enjoy cleaning the bathroom.

In addition, bath time is important for people. Almost people give a lot of weights to taking a bath time. How long do you take a bath? Do you use a shower only? It is not good for health. Taking a bath is important for health. You must not take a bath for a long time, but you should get into the bathtub. It is good for your health. Please try to get into the bathtub once a day.

Moreover, there is a dining room in my home. The dining room is a large room more than other rooms. The room is the largest room in my home. In the room, there are a lot of furniture and domestic appliances. All things are convenient very well. They are needed by the people every day. This room is important to almost family. They do something together in the room every day. They eat a breakfast, lunch and dinner together. Also they often watch a TV together, and they have a chat when they have a time. The time is important for almost people.

Also there are a lot of furniture in the dining room. All furniture are comfortable and important, for example, a big table and some chairs. All of them are a little old furniture, but they are comfortable very well. All family members spend a lot of time every day, so all furniture are important. In the dining room, all family members do something together every day. The dining is the most important room in the my home.

 

Finally they will say “we love my home”. They moved in the apartment about five years ago, it is a little old event. They spent a lot of time in the apartment house. However the apartment and my home is comfortable until now. The people who live in the apartment take care of the apartment, so the apartment is beautiful and comfortable every day. Almost people will say “I love my home.”. How about you? You should take care of your precious home every day, and you should use precious things more carefully too.

This room is small room, I think so because there are many furniture in the room. “There are many furniture in the small room.  ” It is not good, I felt that the room is too tight for me. On the other hand, I can relaxing very well in my room. The room is tight for me, but it gives me relaxing. I like a messy room maybe.

Also my room has many favorite things, so I can relaxing very well every day. For example, favorite clothing, favorite TV, favorite bed, favorite closet, favorite ornaments and so on. I always spend a time with my favorite things, so I can relaxing very much. I and my daughter were relaxing very much every day. We often relaxing at a bed, the bed is main. There is my daughter's bed in our room, but she doesn't sleep in the bed. We always sleep at a bed together.

Second, there is a dining room in my home. It is a large room more than my room. In the room, my family members are relaxing every day. We have a good time at the room, it is important for us. We eat a meals, we have a long chat over dinner, we watch our favorite TV programs and so on. We always have a good time at the room while we do something special. In the room, there are a lot of furniture. I want to clean up the room, but I can't do it yet. However the room is very comfortable and gives me relaxing, so I like the room.

Third, there is a bathroom in my home. In the room, there are a lot of my favorite things. For example, my favorite shampoo and treatment, my favorite soap, my favorite body towel and so on. I like them, and I like a bathroom very much. I often take a bath for long time, it is about one hour every time. I usually take a bath slowly, the times are very precious for me. I like taking a bath because it gives me relaxing and refresh. I like cleaning a bathroom too. The room is my special room, I like the room very much.
